We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of 'Discoveriez', which we handle, in our store expansion (including franchise). Previously, there was no system in place to quickly share opinions and complaints that arose in the sales field or stores with the head office, leading to frequent communication lapses and issues with confirming progress reports.
